Scenic sunlight

Today's card share.  Some more brayer-ing GO FIGURE! Start by brayering daffodil delight on whisper white card stock.  I stamped an image by Tim Holtz at the top. I created Mountains by tearing some computer paper, then sponging over the edge in a circular motion. First with soft suede, then chocolate chip. I then used a white gel pen to highlight the sunlight and the mountains. Not quite up to Zindorf calibur. But I am happy with it!  Enjoy!

What I learned

I truly enjoy making clean and simple cards. Every once in a while I get a thrill from making a card that takes some true effort.
Thursday night, I took a class at BSS with my friend Murrlene. I am proud of us. We did not get off on the wrong exit, because we were talking too much. We did not leave the store with more then we can carry. We did refresh our memory on how to create beautiful cards using a brayer.
This is one card that I was inspired to create after the class.

I will be scrappin' tonight. Stamp-a-stack flyers are almost ready to hit the mail. Where will you be Mother's Day weekend?

Slideshow Added! Yipee!

With a little coaching, I was able to add the slide show feature. You will find it on the left at the top! I am slowly but surely figuring this stuff out. Now you can see some of the recent cards that I have stamped using the Nature Walk Stamp set, from the Occasions Mini. Patting myself (atta girl!)

Nature Walk Fun

I have been stamping & stamping some more. I have enjoyed creating with the Nature Walk stamp set. Here is just a few of the cards that I created.

Once, I get the techno savoy person in my house to help me load a slide show I will post the rest!
